1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using phonenumbers.bot ("Service"), operated by Profullstack, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

phonenumbers.bot provides physical SIM card rental services with SMS and voice API access. We offer shared, dedicated, and pool-based phone number plans for use with AI agents and automation workflows.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
  • Circumvent platform terms of service for malicious purposes
  • Resell or redistribute phone numbers without authorization

4. Accounts & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Dedicated plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. We are not liable for downtime caused by carrier outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your phone number(s) will be released and may be reassigned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profullstack, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
